Role Overview

Laundry Attendant at Marriott International.

Role Purpose

To maintain the appearance and cleanliness of hotel linens and laundry, supporting the overall guest experience by ensuring all textiles meet quality standards and are available when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service & Operations

• Deliver on guest laundry requests and special needs.
• Stock carts and prepare linens for distribution.
• Move about the work space to complete tasks as needed.
• Take a hands-on approach to work, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing 50 pounds or less without assistance.

Quality & Safety

• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of hotel linens and textiles.
• Ensure a safe work place.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Uphold quality standards in all laundry operations.
• Maintain confidentiality.

Professional Standards

• Ensure uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
