Role Overview
Landscape Inspector at HanmiGlobal Saudi. The successful candidate will inspect landscape works during construction to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations, playing a vital role in maintaining project quality and assisting in the successful completion of landscaping projects.
Role Purpose
To conduct regular site inspections verifying that landscape construction aligns with approved plans and specifications, monitor quality throughout the process, identify and report deviations, and ensure compliance with all applicable standards.
Key Responsibilities
Inspection & Compliance
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify that landscape construction aligns with approved plans and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards on-site.
- Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship throughout the landscaping process.
Reporting & Documentation
- Identify and report any deviations or defects, recommending appropriate corrective measures.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, reports, and site observations.
- Assist in the preparation of progress reports and documentation for management and clients.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and design teams to resolve any issues.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in landscape inspection.
- Strong knowledge of landscape design principles, plants, and construction techniques.
- Familiarity with local regulations and standards is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
- Attention to detail and excellent observation skills.
- Effective communication and report writing abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
