Role Overview
HanmiGlobal Saudi seeks a Landscape Engineer to join the team in Saudi Arabia. The role involves planning, designing, and overseeing landscape engineering projects that meet aesthetic and functional requirements, with a strong foundation in engineering principles applied within landscape architecture and a commitment to project excellence and sustainability.
Role Purpose
To develop and deliver comprehensive landscape engineering solutions that integrate grading, drainage, irrigation, and environmental considerations while ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Planning
- Develop and implement detailed landscape engineering designs, including grading, drainage, irrigation, and environmental considerations.
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates in accordance with industry standards and client expectations.
- Conduct site investigations and surveys to evaluate conditions and establish project requirements.
Project Delivery & Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with architects, horticulturists, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Monitor construction activities to verify compliance with design specifications, time schedules, and quality standards.
- Address engineering issues promptly, providing effective solutions and recommendations.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain documentation and report regularly on project progress to management and clients.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Engineering, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 9 years of professional experience in landscape engineering or related fields.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and managing landscape infrastructure projects.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and CAD tools.
- Strong knowledge of local and international engineering standards and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and sustainability.
