Lami3 Management Training Program – Cohort 15 is a 24-month graduate leadership program at Dubai World Trade Centre designed to develop UAE national talent into future leaders.

Role Purpose

Nurture future leaders by providing a challenging and enriching environment for learning, leading, and delivering cross-functional experiences. Participants gain crucial business insights and managerial experience while working closely with senior leaders and global clients.

Key Responsibilities

Cross-Functional Development

• Rotate across multiple departments within the DWTC portfolio to build broad business capability.
• Work on assignments in Marketing & Communications, Sales & Business Development, IT Operations, Legal Risk & Compliance, Human Resources, Finance Economics & Accounts, Facilities & Engineering, Event Management & Operations, and Real Estate Leasing & Commercials.
• Deliver on real business projects alongside senior leaders and global clients.

Qualifications & Experience

• UAE National holding a Family Book (Khulasat Al Qaid).
• 0–1 year of professional experience.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 or above.
