Role Overview
Kundenberater - Vollzeit (German Speaking) at NWM Consulting FMR LLC, based in Dubai.
Role Purpose
Ensure coaching clients receive professional support from onboarding through successful completion. You work with clear processes, reliable documentation, and seamless customer communication to maintain client satisfaction and program integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Administration
- Guide new clients step-by-step through company systems and ensure all processes are followed.
- Review whether all prerequisites are met and approve structured workflows.
- Maintain reliable documentation of all client interactions and onboarding steps.
Customer Consultation & Support
- Answer customer inquiries clearly, professionally, and solution-oriented via telephone and in writing.
- Serve as the reliable point of contact for customers.
- Ensure secure and seamless communication with all clients.
Live Call Facilitation
- Accompany group calls with clearly defined content.
- Ensure clean execution and thorough preparation for all live sessions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Assertive personality who values clear processes, efficiency, and accountability.
- Ability to work reliably with structured guidelines and defined standards.
- Comfortable making decisions with confidence.
Skills & Competencies
- Fluent German language ability.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
