Role Overview
Kundenberater/-in (m/w/d) — Customer Advisor — at NWM Consulting FMR LLC, based in Dubai. Full-time position, German speaking required.
Role Purpose
Ensure coaching clients receive professional end-to-end support from onboarding through successful program completion. Serve as the reliable point of contact for customers while maintaining clear processes, accurate documentation, and seamless communication.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Setup
- Lead customer onboarding by guiding new clients step-by-step through company systems.
- Ensure all onboarding processes are followed consistently and completely.
Approvals & Administration
- Review and verify that all prerequisites and conditions are fulfilled.
- Release structured workflows and approvals once requirements are met.
- Maintain reliable and properly documented processes.
Customer Consultation
- Answer customer inquiries clearly, professionally, and solution-focused.
- Respond to customer requests via telephone and written communication.
Customer Support & Care
- Serve as the reliable point of contact for customers.
- Provide secure and consistent communication throughout the customer lifecycle.
Live Events & Group Calls
- Facilitate group calls with clearly defined content and structure.
- Ensure clean execution and thorough preparation for all live sessions.
