Role Overview

Customer Advisor – Full-time (German Speaking) at NWM Consulting FMR LLC, based in Dubai.

Role Purpose

Ensure professional care and support of coaching customers from onboarding through successful completion, working within clear processes and maintaining reliable communication throughout the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Onboarding

• Lead new customers step-by-step through company systems and processes.
• Ensure all procedural requirements are met during the introduction phase.

Approvals & Administration

• Evaluate whether all prerequisites are fulfilled.
• Release structured workflows once conditions are satisfied.

Customer Consultation

• Deliver clear, professional, and solution-oriented responses to customer inquiries.
• Respond to customers via telephone and written communication.

Support & Customer Care

• Serve as the reliable point of contact for customers.
• Maintain secure and consistent communication with all customers.

Live Calls

• Facilitate group calls with clearly defined content.
• Ensure clean execution and thorough preparation of all calls.
