Role Overview
Kundenberater/-in (m/w/d) – Vollzeit at NWM Consulting FMR LLC, based in Dubai.
Role Purpose
Ensure professional management of coaching clients from onboarding through successful completion. Serve as the central point of contact, maintaining clear processes, reliable documentation, and seamless customer communication throughout the client lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Onboarding
- Guide new customers step-by-step through company systems and ensure all processes are followed.
Approvals & Administration
- Review whether all prerequisites are met and release structured workflows.
Customer Consultation
- Answer inquiries clearly, professionally, and solution-oriented via phone and in writing.
Support & Customer Care
- Serve as reliable point of contact for customers and ensure secure communication.
Live Calls
- Facilitate group calls with clearly defined content, ensuring clean execution and thorough preparation.
Skills & Competencies
- Assertive personality with appreciation for clear processes, efficiency, and accountability.
- Structured working approach and confident decision-making.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Solution-oriented mindset.
