Role Overview

Kundenberater/-in (m/w/d), Vollzeit at NWM Consulting FMR LLC, Dubai.

Role Purpose

Ensure professional and comprehensive support for coaching clients from initial onboarding through successful completion, maintaining clear processes, reliable documentation, and seamless customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Onboarding

• Lead new customers step by step through company systems and processes.
• Verify that all procedural requirements are met and properly documented.

Approvals & Administration

• Evaluate whether all prerequisites are fulfilled before proceeding.
• Release structured workflows and processes when conditions are satisfied.

Customer Consultation

• Deliver clear, professional, and solution-focused responses to customer inquiries via phone and written communication.

Support & Account Management

• Serve as the reliable point of contact for customers.
• Maintain secure and consistent communication with all clients.

Live Call Facilitation

• Conduct group calls with clearly defined content and structure.
• Ensure proper preparation and clean execution of all calls.
