Role Overview
KPI's Specialist at Aofgroup. This role is responsible for developing, monitoring, and analyzing key performance indicators across various departments to drive data-informed decision-making and improve organizational performance.
Role Purpose
Collaborate with management and teams to identify relevant KPIs, track progress, and provide actionable insights to support strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
KPI Framework & Development
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive KPI framework aligned with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with department heads to set achievable targets and monitor progress.
Data Analysis & Insights
- Collect, analyze, and interpret performance data from multiple sources.
- Identify trends, issues, and opportunities for performance improvement.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven insights.
Reporting & Communication
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate key metrics to stakeholders.
Data Governance
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Data Analysis, or related field.
- Proven experience in KPI development, data analysis, or performance management.
- Knowledge of business processes and performance measurement frameworks is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools including Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings effectively to various stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
