Role Overview

Kitchen Technician at Abu Dhabi Golf Club.

Role Purpose

Maintain and support the reliable operation of all kitchen equipment and systems through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance & Operations

• Maintain a high level of performance in all assigned duties and responsibilities.
• Develop solid operational knowledge of all engineering operational procedures.
• Carry out preventive maintenance on all kitchen equipment, including electric panels and refrigeration equipment.
• Troubleshoot all kitchen equipment.
• Maintain all company hand and fixed tools in good working condition.

Inventory Management

• Check stores inventory of kitchen spare parts to ensure adequate stock.

Support & Collaboration

• Assist other tradesmen as required.

Skills & Competencies

• Good English communication skills.
