Role Purpose

As a Kitchen Steward, you will play an important role in supporting Culinary and Food & Beverage operations by ensuring that kitchen areas, equipment and utensils are kept clean, organised and ready for service.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Maintenance

• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, crockery, glassware and work areas to required standards.
• Operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment safely and correctly.
• Assist with the proper storage and organisation of kitchen equipment and supplies.

Hygiene & Safety

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout kitchen and back-of-house areas.
• Ensure waste is handled and disposed of correctly in line with hotel procedures.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, health and safety standards at all times.

Team Support

• Work closely with the Culinary and Food & Beverage teams to support smooth daily operation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in kitchen stewarding or a similar role is an advantage but not essential.
• Good understanding of cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Basic English communication skills.
