Role Purpose

Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all kitchen and food preparation areas to ensure guests can enjoy every meal and moment with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

Kitchen Cleanliness & Sanitation

• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen and food preparation areas to the highest standards.
• Ensure all crockery, cutlery, glassware, and cooking equipment is sanitised and ready to use.
• Operate dishwashing machines and hand-washing equipment.
• Follow hygiene, health, and safety guidelines at all times.

Support & Assistance

• Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation.
• Assist with waste disposal.

Stock & Maintenance

• Keep stock of cleaning supplies.
• Report any shortages or maintenance needs.

Skills & Competencies
