To lead the kitchen department and drive sales growth through strategic planning, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration while delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving store performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Customer Engagement
- Actively promote kitchen design services and drive add-on sales through targeted customer engagement
- Schedule and manage customer appointments efficiently to minimize wait times and maximize service quality
- Maintain ongoing customer relationships, gather feedback, and implement service improvements
Operations and Inventory
- Collaborate with the Range department to optimize inventory levels and support sales forecasting
- Coordinate with delivery and assembly teams to ensure quality control and customer satisfaction on completed projects
Performance and Analysis
- Monitor customer satisfaction through surveys and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in retail kitchen sales or kitchen design services
- Strong understanding of sales metrics and ability to analyze key performance indicators
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and manage competing priorities
- Proficiency in scheduling systems and basic inventory management
