Role Purpose
To maintain the physical safety and functionality of hotel facilities, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas, while delivering memorable experiences that support exceptional hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Facility Maintenance
- Maintain hotel facilities to ensure physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas.
- Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry repairs and maintenance across various areas.
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections by regularly inspecting facilities and equipment to identify and address preventive maintenance needs.
Service & Operations
- Respond quickly to guest calls and team member work orders.
- Document maintenance activities by recording completed inspections and repairs and flagging any issues requiring further attention.
