Role Purpose
Repair, maintain, and install kitchen and laundry equipment to hotel standards, ensuring reliable operation and safe working conditions through regular testing and preventive maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Equipment Maintenance & Repair
- Repair, maintain, and install kitchen and laundry equipment to meet hotel standards.
- Perform regular testing and maintenance of kitchen and laundry equipment.
- Conduct PAT testing on portable appliances as required.
Operations & Administration
- Complete work orders, PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance), and CWAs (Corrective Work Actions).
- Perform general maintenance tasks as needed.
Health, Safety & Housekeeping
- Maintain clean work areas.
- Adhere to safety procedures.
