Role Purpose
Ensure the hotel's physical infrastructure operates safely and efficiently across all areas, from guest rooms to back-of-house operations. Respond promptly to maintenance needs and guest requests while conducting preventive inspections to minimize downtime and preserve guest comfort.
Key Responsibilities
Facilities Maintenance
- Maintain physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas
- Perform repairs and maintenance across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections to identify and address maintenance needs before issues escalate
Service Response
- Respond quickly to guest calls and team member work orders
- Handle service requests with urgency and accountability
Documentation & Oversight
- Document completed inspections and repairs
- Flag issues requiring further attention or escalation
