Role Purpose
To provide efficient, professional, and courteous service at the Tuk Tuk Kids Club and Chill Teens Club while ensuring child safety, creating fun and educational activities, and maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service & Experience
- Ensure guest needs and expectations are met by providing efficient and professional service.
- Deliver friendly, courteous, and professional service consistently at the Tuk Tuk Kids Club and Chill Teens Club.
- Identify return children, guests, and VIPs.
- Exceed guest needs consistently and never decline requests without offering an alternative solution.
Safety & Compliance
- Prioritize child safety by following proper safety guidelines and enforcing correct childcare standards.
- Maintain zero accidents in the Tuk Tuk Kids Club, Chill Teens Club, and Resort.
- Never compromise on safety protocols.
Activities & Programming
- Create fun-filled and educational activities at the Tuk Tuk Kids Club and Chill Teens Club.
- Conceptualize and organize festivities and special events for children.
Equipment & Maintenance
- Ensure proper maintenance of all equipment in the Tuk Tuk Kids Club and Chill Teens Club.
- Verify that all equipment is functional and complete.
- Report malfunctions or maintenance deficiencies to the appropriate area in a timely manner and follow up for completion.
Operations & Reporting
- Monitor operational supplies and maintain appropriate par stock in the department.
- Monitor departmental costs and take responsibility for departmental profitability.

- Give immediate feedback on operations and concerns to the Recreation Supervisor.
- Keep the Recreation Supervisor informed and updated on guest feedback and concerns.
- Constantly seek ways to improve operational procedures with the Recreation Supervisor.
Professional Development
- Participate in training and development programs.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Recreation Supervisor and Recreation Management team.
