Role Purpose

Create unforgettable experiences for young guests by maintaining a safe, clean, and engaging Kids Club environment where children can learn, play, and grow.

Key Responsibilities

Activities & Engagement

• Assist in organizing and facilitating age-appropriate activities, games, and educational programs for children.
• Promote a fun and inclusive atmosphere that celebrates the multicultural environment of Abu Dhabi.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving the Kids Club experience.

Safety & Supervision

• Supervise children's activities and maintain a high level of safety awareness at all times.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all children in the Kids Club.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies or accidents, following established protocols.

Operations & Records

• Maintain accurate attendance records and monitor check-in and check-out procedures.
• Assist in the proper use and care of equipment, toys, and supplies.
• Collaborate with Kids Club Manager to implement daily schedules and special events.

Stakeholder Communication

• Interact positively with children, parents, and guardians, addressing their needs and concerns.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in childcare, camp, or recreational settings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping practices to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Basic knowledge of child safety practices and first aid; CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.

• Physical ability to engage in active play and supervision of children.
• Fluency in English and Russian required; additional languages are a plus.
