Role Overview
The Khaleej Policy Leaders Program is a development initiative at Whiteshield for UAE National Leaders seeking to impact the future of the region. The program offers engagement ranging from 3 months to permanent employment and is open to final year students, recent graduates, and experienced professionals. Applications are considered on an ongoing basis.

Role Purpose
Participants join Whiteshield Partners to work with government authorities on multiple ambitious projects of regional transformation. The program develops leadership skills and provides practical knowledge to impact the present and future of the region through public policy work.

Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Management, Economics, Public Policy, International Relations, International Business, Strategy, Mathematics, Development Studies, or Business Administration.
- Experience in a consulting firm or business environment, or previous consulting experience gained through a project, firm, or business environment.
