As Deliveroo scales, the Account Management team owns and manages restaurant relationships, serving as restaurant consultants that use data-driven insight and industry knowledge to help partner restaurants grow. The team is a passionate, dynamic group of team players who work cross-functionally and are known for building exceptional relationships.
Role Purpose
To manage a portfolio of Deliveroo's most strategically important restaurants, including high-sales volume drivers and global restaurant brands, while serving as a restaurant consultant who uses data-driven analytics and industry knowledge to provide strategic value and support to restaurant partners.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management
- Manage a portfolio of Deliveroo's most important restaurants, including high-sales volume drivers and global restaurant brands.
- Own relationships with key restaurant industry stakeholders.
- Build and maintain exceptional relationships across the restaurant partner base.
Growth & Analytics
- Analyze data to drive growth and profitability for both restaurant partners and Deliveroo.
- Provide best-in-class support and strategic value to restaurant partners using data-driven insight.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work cross-functionally with other departments including Marketing and Operations to drive new initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a relevant industry.
- Strong knowledge of the restaurant industry is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and team-player qualities.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Agile and highly adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is a strong advantage.
