Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Control, or Industrial Engineering from a recognized college or institute.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on work experience in a similar position in Hospitality, Catering, Facility Management, or Project Management.

• Technical and analytical skills.
• Sound knowledge of systems and processes.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• 100% attendance and participation in work.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance Operations

• Carry out all scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance services of systems under the guidance of the concerned Supervisor in the most efficient manner.
• Inspect and record all necessary readings on prescribed log sheets or checklists.
• Ensure proper handling of tools and optimize use of consumables.

Work Execution & Safety

• Ensure that all work activities are carried out in an efficient, professional, and tidy manner before, after, and during the job.
• Use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while performing maintenance services.

Communication & Handover

• Communicate with Supervisor on work performed and handover jobs that are still pending before the end of the shift.

Quality & Compliance

• Apply the Quality Policy and Quality System established in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 International Standards and execute responsibilities according to department work procedures reflecting EKFC Quality Policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
