Role Overview
Junior Software Engineer - Tamheer (intern) at Ninja. This is an internship opportunity for a fresh graduate to gain hands-on experience in software development working alongside experienced engineers.
Role Purpose
Support the engineering team in developing and maintaining software applications while learning and applying software development best practices in a mentored environment.
Key Responsibilities
Development & Coding
- Assist in developing and maintaining software applications.
- Support the team in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Assist in improving existing applications and implementing new features.
Quality & Testing
- Assist with testing, debugging, and resolving software issues.
- Participate in code reviews and development discussions.
Collaboration & Learning
- Collaborate with the team to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Learn and apply software development best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate or limited practical experience in software development.
- Eligible for the Tamheer program.
Skills & Competencies
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar.
- Understanding of software development fundamentals and databases.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Additional Information
- This is an internship position under the Tamheer program.
