You support the consulting team in client management, digital marketing strategy development, and optimization of ongoing campaigns. Key Responsibilities

Client Management & Advisory

• Support the consulting team in advising and managing coaching and consulting clients.
• Guide new clients through onboarding to ensure they start confidently and feel secure from the beginning.
• Prepare and actively participate in client meetings and advisory conversations.

Strategy & Analysis

• Contribute to the development of individual online marketing strategies tailored to each client's goals and business model.
• Analyze existing marketing measures in detail and identify untapped potential.
• Answer client technical questions competently and clearly after completing your onboarding.

Execution & Lead Generation

• Support the implementation of strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Document client progress and executed marketing measures accurately so all stakeholders maintain clear oversight.

Qualifications & Experience

• No prior expertise required; curiosity and willingness to develop professionally matter more than existing mastery.

Skills & Competencies
