Role Purpose

To launch your career within the FINPRO (Financial and Professional Lines) MENA team by learning the fundamentals of financial lines insurance broking, understanding real market conditions, and building client and insurer relationships across the MENA region under the mentorship of experienced industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Client Deliverables

• Support the FINPRO MENA team in day-to-day operations and client deliverables
• Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, and reports

Learning & Market Development

• Learn the fundamentals of Financial Lines products and insurance placement
• Support and learn broking and placement activities as you develop your market knowledge
• Participate actively in training and development programs

Relationship Building & Strategy

• Build and nurture relationships with clients and insurers
• Contribute to market research and analysis that informs strategy

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional background)
• Solid grasp of basic financial concepts and principles
• Demonstrated interest in insurance, financial services, or risk management
• Prior internship or exposure to banking, finance, or insurance sectors

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication skills in English to represent the organization to clients
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Results-oriented mindset with analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Understanding of Power BI and advanced AI tools (preferred)
• Arabic and/or French language skills (preferred)

Additional Information

• Marsh is committed to hybrid work with flexibility for remote work and in-office collaboration
• All colleagues are expected to be in the local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week
• Office-based teams will identify at least one "anchor day" per week on which the full team will be together in person
