Role Overview
Junior Facilities Engineer at Al Shirawi Group.
Role Purpose
Supervise facility maintenance operations, manage preventive maintenance schedules, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee contractor projects, and optimize facility efficiency through technical analysis.
Key Responsibilities
System Maintenance
- Supervise routine and specialized maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Preventive Planning
- Develop and monitor Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules and work orders.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure facility operations comply with health, safety regulations, and building codes.
Project & Vendor Management
- Oversee contractors and manage facility upgrades.
- Handle resource budgeting.
Technical Analysis
- Review blueprints, technical drawings, and operational reports to optimize facility efficiency.
