Role Purpose

Support the execution of electrical and instrumentation works on Oil & Gas projects. Assist senior engineers in project delivery, technical compliance, quality assurance, and documentation while coordinating with internal teams, site personnel, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Installation

• Assist in the execution of electrical and instrumentation works for Oil & Gas projects.
• Support the installation, testing, calibration, and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Participate in site inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, construction teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support troubleshooting and maintenance activities for electrical and instrumentation equipment.

Technical Documentation & Review

• Review engineering drawings, specifications, datasheets, and project documents.
• Assist in preparing technical reports, material requisitions, work schedules, and project documentation.
• Maintain project records, calibration certificates, inspection reports, and test documentation.

Order & Schedule Management

• Process received orders in collaboration with CRM and Process Control team.
• Track issued Purchase Orders by Procurement Department related to confirmed Job Orders.
• Monitor the schedule of receiving material and delivery.
• Monitor project progress and report any technical issues to senior engineers.

Document Preparation & Submission

• Prepare, submit, and follow up on GAD, Critical Documents, and technical files with customers.
• Track the release of related invoices to customers.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Attend SAT and conduct quality inspection to confirm compliance of products before delivery to customers.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC, client, and company quality standards and HSE requirements.
• Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and risk assessments.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related discipline.
• Fresh graduate or 1–3 years of experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Industrial sector.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation systems, and industrial automation.
• Familiarity with international standards such as IEC, NEC, ISA, and ADNOC requirements is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in engineering documentation.
• Working knowledge of project management tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Excellent report preparation and documentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
