Junior Consultant – Advisory at DNV (Det Norske Veritas), based in the Middle East, for UAE nationals only.

Role Purpose

Support consulting projects for maritime clients in the Middle East, conducting research and analysis on business strategy, market conditions, decarbonization, sustainability, digitalization, and regulatory developments. Translate data insights into clear recommendations and contribute to client deliverables alongside experienced consultants.

Key Responsibilities

Project Support

• Support consulting projects for maritime clients across the Middle East.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and client deliverables.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across DNV's global network.

Research & Analysis

• Conduct research, market assessments, and quantitative analyses.
• Analyze data and develop insights to support client recommendations.

Strategic Focus Areas

• Support projects related to decarbonization, sustainability, digitalization, and maritime regulations.
• Contribute to the use of data analytics and AI-enabled tools within project work.

Qualifications & Experience

• Emirati national.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, or a related discipline.
• 0–3 years of professional experience.
• Experience in consulting, technology, maritime, energy, or sustainability-related organizations (nice to have).

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Curiosity, learning agility, and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and client-focused environment.
• Experience with data analytics, visualization, automation, or AI tools (nice to have).
• Familiarity with IT tools, Python, Power BI, data visualization, or AI tools (nice to have).
• Interest in maritime, sustainability, digital technologies, and emerging industry trends.
