Role Overview
Junior Charter Broker Assistant at Sunreef Yachts Charter, based in the Dubai office. Sunreef Yachts Charter is the world leader in luxury catamaran charters and is expanding its global presence.

Role Purpose
To support the charter brokerage team with day-to-day handling of yacht charter enquiries, charter proposal preparation, and client relations in an entry-level role with clear growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Enquiry Management
- Support charter brokers with incoming charter enquiries
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on enquiries
- Provide professional, client-focused support throughout the enquiry process
Documentation & Operations
- Assist in preparing charter proposals, yacht presentations, and itineraries
- Coordinate pre-charter documentation and client information
- Provide administrative and operational support to the charter team
Systems & Coordination
- Help update availability, rates, and specifications on charter platforms, including Yachtfolio and CharterPad
- Communicate with central agents, yacht managers, and charter managers
Qualifications & Experience
- 1–2 years' experience in luxury hospitality, travel, yachting, or a premium service environment
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the yacht charter or luxury hospitality industry
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
Skills & Competencies
- Strong interest in yachts, charter operations, and luxury travel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Well organized, proactive, and eager to learn
- Professional attitude, attention to detail, and client-focused mindset
- Comfortable using standard office tools; willingness to learn charter systems
- Strong understanding of the international yacht charter market and charter regulations, especially MYBA
- Exceptional organizational, negotiation, and client management skills
- Confident working with high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients
- Proactive, entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for yachting and travel
