Role Purpose

Support the day-to-day design needs of the business by producing high-quality, visually engaging assets across social, marketing, campaigns, and internal communications that align with NIP's distinctive brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

Social & Marketing Content

• Create high-quality visual assets for social media, marketing campaigns, events, presentations, and internal use.
• Support the social and marketing teams with fast-turnaround creative requests and day-to-day design needs.
• Design campaign assets, launch visuals, promotional graphics, and templated materials.

Brand & Design Systems

• Work closely with the Head of Brand Design to deliver design work that aligns with NIP's visual identity, standards, and creative direction.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of brand templates, visual systems, and design guidelines.
• Stay up to date with design trends, digital culture, and platform best practices to keep NIP's visual output fresh and relevant.

Multi-Platform Adaptation

• Adapt key visuals into multiple formats and sizes across different platforms and channels.
• Prepare files accurately for digital delivery, including correct sizing, formatting, and versioning.

Collaboration & Asset Management

• Collaborate with the Production Lead, Social Content Manager, and other stakeholders to ensure creative output is consistent and effective.
• Work on motion-ready or animation-supportive assets where needed, in collaboration with video and production teams.
• Manage feedback and revisions efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.
• Help keep design files, assets, and folders organized for smooth team collaboration and future use.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong design fundamentals and sharp eye for detail.
• Good understanding of digital culture and platform best practices.
• Ability to move quickly without compromising quality.
• Proficiency in adapting visuals across multiple formats and platforms.
• Experience with file preparation and digital asset delivery.
• Familiarity with motion-ready and animation-supportive asset creation.
