Role Overview

Role Purpose

Assist in conducting financial audits and reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, identify potential financial risks and discrepancies, and support the audit function across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Audit Execution

• Assist in conducting financial audits and reviews, including examining financial statements, verifying financial transactions, and identifying discrepancies or irregularities.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify potential financial risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of audit programs and procedures.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
• Communicate audit findings and recommendations to management and assist in implementing changes or improvements.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of financial data.

Professional Development

• Keep up-to-date with industry developments, changes in regulations, and best practices in auditing.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in auditing, preferably in a public accounting firm or corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
