Role Overview

IT Trainee position with Ninja through the Tamheer program. This opportunity is designed for fresh graduates to gain practical experience and develop technical skills in a professional work environment.

Role Purpose

Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshooting while assisting the IT team with operations and ongoing projects in a structured training environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support & Troubleshooting

• Assist with day-to-day IT support and troubleshooting.
• Support employees with basic hardware and software issues.
• Escalate technical issues to the relevant team when needed.

Operations & Administration

• Assist with laptop and system setup for new employees.
• Support user access and account-related requests.
• Assist with IT inventory and equipment tracking.
• Help the IT team with daily operations and ongoing projects.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate.
• Eligible for the Tamheer program.
