Role Overview
IT Support Technician at Aofgroup. The role provides technical support to end users by maintaining IT systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the efficient operation of hardware, software, and network infrastructure across the organization.
Role Purpose
Deliver timely technical support to end users while maintaining the stability and security of IT systems, hardware, software, and network infrastructure to enable efficient organizational operations.
Key Responsibilities
Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide technical support to end users and resolve IT-related issues.
- Troubleshoot network, printer, and system problems.
- Escalate complex technical issues when required.
System & Infrastructure Management
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
- Perform routine system maintenance and updates.
- Manage user accounts and access permissions.
Compliance & Documentation
- Document incidents and provide timely resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Support or a similar role.
Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of operating systems, computer hardware, and software applications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Technical troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong communication skills.

Additional Information
- CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or equivalent certifications are preferred.
