Role Purpose
Provide technical support and maintain the school's IT systems to ensure smooth operation of hardware, software, and network infrastructure. Support staff, students, and administrative functions to enhance the learning environment through reliable technology services.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Deliver technical support to staff and students.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Resolve problems with strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
Systems & Infrastructure
- Maintain school IT systems and network infrastructure.
- Monitor and manage hardware and software performance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in IT support.
- Experience in education sector is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Basic networking skills.
- Familiarity with educational technologies such as LMS platforms and smart boards.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
