IT Project Manager

Role Overview

IT Project Manager at Alwatania Information Systems. Lead the delivery of technology projects from initiation through closure, serving as the primary point of coordination between business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.

Role Purpose

Manage end-to-end IT projects ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining alignment across business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Manage end-to-end IT projects across planning, execution, monitoring, and closure phases.
• Maintain project documentation including plans, timelines, risk logs, and change requests.

Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to maintain alignment.
• Manage stakeholder, vendor, and resource relationships throughout project delivery.

Monitoring & Control

• Monitor risks, resources, and project performance.
• Escalate issues early to prevent delivery delays.
• Ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.

Reporting

• Prepare and present regular project status reports to management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on IT project management experience.
• Proven track record managing projects across the full delivery lifecycle.
• Experience in the government or public sector is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong stakeholder, vendor, and resource management skills.
• Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, or similar) is a plus.
