Role Overview
IT Delivery Specialist at Masterworks' subsidiary SOOR, based at Client Site. This role supports the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of IT projects and technology initiatives.
Role Purpose
Support the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of IT projects and technology initiatives through cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure efficient execution, high-quality standards, and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Coordination
- Support the delivery of IT projects and technical initiatives.
- Coordinate implementation activities with internal teams and external vendors.
- Participate in project meetings and follow up on action items.
Project Tracking & Reporting
- Track project milestones, risks, and deliverables.
- Support project reporting and status updates.
- Maintain project documentation and records.
Risk & Issue Management
- Assist in issue and risk management.
Testing & Deployment
- Support testing, deployment, and transition activities.
Governance & Standards
- Ensure project activities align with organizational standards and timelines.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in IT project delivery, project coordination, or a similar role.
- Proven experience supporting IT projects from planning through implementation.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
