Role Overview

Installation Senior Technician at Napco National.

Role Purpose

Install, calibrate, train customers on, and maintain a range of chemical dispensers and dosing units for commercial dishwashing and facility operations.

Key Responsibilities

Installation & Setup

• Install all types of dispensers including personal, dosage units, and auto-dishwasher models.
• Connect water supply to dosing units.
• Connect electrical dosing pumps to auto-dishwashers.
• Calibrate original dose and top-up settings according to machine specification and water tank volume.
• Install related posters and stickers as per assessment sheet.

Customer Training & Support

• Train new customers after installation on dispenser usage and refilling procedures.

Maintenance & Repair

• Repair all types of dispensers and dosing units.

Reporting

• Maintain full responsibility for daily reports that include installation and maintenance activities.
