Role Overview
IPO Senior Specialist (Temporary) at ADIB, located in Abu Dhabi, Al Bateen Building. Reports directly to the Shareholders Services Lead Specialist.
Role Purpose
Deliver responsive support for IPO-related inquiries from customers and internal branches, while maintaining accurate data entry and timely system processing.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
- Answer incoming calls regarding IPO inquiries.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to callers.
Branch Support
- Provide branches with support in answering queries regarding IPO.
Data Entry
- Enter information into the system in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure the highest degree of data entry accuracy.
Skills & Competencies
- Multi-tasking ability.
- Patience.
- Clear communication skills.
- Ability to use positive language.
- Time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
