Role Purpose
To identify, engage, and advise European investors on Dubai real estate opportunities, build long-term client relationships, and guide clients through property transactions while achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Advisory
- Identify and engage investors on Dubai real estate opportunities.
- Understand clients' investment objectives and recommend suitable property solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients across European markets.
- Conduct consultations, property presentations, and investment discussions.
- Guide clients through the entire sales process, from inquiry to transaction completion.
- Represent Luxarabia professionally while delivering an exceptional client experience.
Business Development
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and company-provided leads.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
Market & Knowledge Management
- Stay informed about Dubai's real estate market trends, investment opportunities, and regulatory updates.
- Maintain accurate records and follow-up activities within the CRM system.
Qualifications & Experience
- European nationality or experience working with European clientele.
