Role Purpose

Oversee daily inventory and warehouse operations, maintain accurate records, and optimize stock management and storage efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Environment

• Oversee daily operations and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
• Manage office equipment.

Inventory Management

• Update inventory records using scanners or software.
• Manage stock rotation.
• Report damaged or missing items.
• Track, order, and replenish office supplies.

Warehouse & Storage

• Store items in appropriate areas.
• Use pallet jacks, trolleys, or forklifts (MHE) to move stock.
• Optimize space utilization.

Administration

• Update databases and maintain personnel records.
• File documents.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency with inventory scanning and management software.
• Forklift and material handling equipment (MHE) operation.
• Stock rotation and warehouse organization.
