Role Purpose

Analyze technical inventory data and establish controls to support parts availability. Prepare dashboards and key performance indicators to monitor supply chain performance and deliver operational data analysis that enables the Senior Inventory Analyst to make data-driven inventory recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Data & Analytics

• Extract data and prepare KPI and operational dashboards to monitor supply chain performance.
• Perform operational data analysis to support inventory decision-making.
• Generate inventory levels recommendations for consumable and rotable parts.

Inventory Management & Accuracy

• Review inventory accuracy and recommend corrective actions to improve data quality in ERP.
• Monitor actual technical spend versus budgeted spend and track variance.
• Prepare inventory reports and conduct variance analysis with finance reports.

Strategy & Operations

• Support the Senior Inventory Analyst in preparing inventory holding strategies and implementation.
• Develop and maintain processes and departmental manuals in compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.

Revenue & Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with surplus customers and generate optimum revenue from the sale of surplus parts.

Support & Compliance

• Support audits and ad hoc projects assigned to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain data analytics and inventory management.
• Aviation industry experience preferred.
• Good understanding of aviation ERP inventory and materials management modules, preferably AMOS.
• Understanding of aviation parts and supply chain functions preferred.
