Role Purpose

Provide Emirati students and fresh graduates with an opportunity to gain practical workplace experience, develop professional skills, and contribute to business projects across various functions.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Projects

• Support day-to-day activities within assigned departments.
• Participate in departmental projects and initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.

Analysis & Administration

• Assist with research, data analysis, reporting, and administrative tasks.

Professional Development & Collaboration

• Attend training sessions, workshops, and team meetings.
• Collaborate with colleagues across different functions.
• Demonstrate professionalism and commitment to learning.

Qualifications & Experience

• Emirati candidate with Family Book.
• Current student or recent graduate from an accredited institution.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Eager to learn and develop professionally.

Additional Information

Successful candidates will be assigned to a department based on available opportunities, business requirements, and candidate suitability for the role.
