Interior Designer

Role Overview

Interior Designer at Sealy Mattress Middle East, based in Saudi Arabia. This role is exclusively open to Saudi Nationals.

Role Purpose

Design, coordinate, and execute premium interior environments that elevate the Sealy brand across the region, specializing in luxury home and hospitality spaces.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Conceptualization

• Create innovative, upscale design concepts for high-end residential projects and luxury hospitality and hotel environments.

Space Planning

• Develop detailed space plans, layouts, and furniture arrangements that maximize aesthetics, comfort, and functionality.

Material & Product Selection

• Select and specify high-quality finishes, color palettes, lighting, textiles, and premium furnishings.
• Seamlessly integrate Sealy's luxury sleep products into overall design concepts.

Client Engagement

• Meet with corporate clients, hotel developers, and premium retail customers to present design proposals, mood boards, and 3D renderings.

Project Management

• Oversee interior projects from initial brief to final handover.
• Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Technical Documentation

• Produce comprehensive working drawings, construction details, and material specifications using standard design software.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a closely related field from an accredited university.
• Minimum 3 years of proven, portfolio-backed professional experience specializing in both residential and hospitality interior design.
• Saudi National status (Mandatory due to Saudization compliance).

Skills & Competencies

• Mastery of AutoCAD, 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
• Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken, with strong professional presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of materials, textures, luxury furniture trends, and lighting design.
• Strong project management, multi-tasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and highly collaborative mindset.
