Role Purpose

To inspect interior fit-out and finishing works, verify compliance with design documents and quality standards, coordinate resolution of site issues, and support project handover activities.

Key Responsibilities

Site Inspection & Compliance

• Inspect interior fit-out and finishing works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor workmanship, materials, and installation quality.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, QA/QC procedures, and UAE authority requirements.

Design & Material Review

• Review material submissions, mock-ups, and shop drawings.
• Monitor progress and maintain inspection records and reports.

Quality Assurance

• Identify non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams to resolve site issues.

Project Handover

• Assist with snagging, de-snagging, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design supervision, fit-out, or construction projects.
• UAE experience within a consultancy or supervision environment preferred.
• Experience in hospitality, residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments highly desirable.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of interior finishes, joinery, FF&E, and fit-out works.
• Strong knowledge of site inspections and contractor coordination.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and construction drawings.
