The company provides full EPC&M services for electrical and instrumentation works, with expertise in measuring and automating exploration, production, separation, refining processes, and distribution through localized services.

Role Purpose

To install, measure, cut, fit, and maintain insulation on HVAC systems, piping, and related equipment across onshore and offshore projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Installation & Application

• Install insulation on HVAC ductwork, chilled water pipes, refrigerant lines, and related equipment.
• Measure, cut, and fit insulation materials such as glass wool, rock wool, foam, elastomeric, and calcium silicate.
• Apply insulation cladding where required.
• Seal joints, seams, and openings using tapes, adhesives, mastics, or sealants.
• Ensure proper thickness, density, and coverage as per project requirements.

Technical Interpretation

• Read and interpret insulation drawings, isometric layouts, and specifications.
• Ability to read basic technical drawings and work instructions.

Maintenance & Repair

• Carry out insulation removal, repair, and replacement when required.

Coordination & Safety

• Coordinate with HVAC technicians, pipe fitters, and supervisors.
• Follow safety procedures, especially while handling fiberglass and working at heights.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of insulation materials.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in HVAC/industrial insulation.
• Experience in HVAC / MEP / Oil & Gas insulation works.
• ITI / relevant educational background.
• Knowledge of insulation materials and application methods.

Skills & Competencies

• Skilled in measuring, cutting, and finishing insulation work.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
• Effective communication skills.
