Key Responsibilities
Inspections & Verification
- Conduct comprehensive structural inspections across all construction phases, from foundation through completion.
- Verify compliance with UAE building codes, international standards, and project specifications.
- Analyze structural components and construction methods to identify deficiencies and non-conformances.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain organized documentation to support project records.
- Communicate findings clearly to project teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience conducting structural inspections in building construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and international construction standards.
