Role Purpose

Conduct comprehensive site inspections and surveillance of civil works to verify that all materials, workmanship, and construction activities comply with approved designs, specifications, project standards, and applicable codes.

Key Responsibilities

Site Inspection & Surveillance

• Conduct daily inspections of civil works including earthworks, concrete, structures, drainage, and utilities
• Execute inspection and surveillance activities in accordance with Inspection & Test Plans, method statements, and hold/witness points
• Verify that materials and workmanship meet approved drawings, specifications, project standards, and applicable codes

Testing & Verification

• Attend and witness testing activities including concrete testing, compaction testing, and welding inspections

Documentation & Compliance

• Document non-conformances, identify deficiencies, and track resolution in a timely manner

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in QA/QC inspection for civil or infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of construction standards, specifications, and testing procedures

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain comprehensive documentation
• Professional communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with project teams
