Role Overview
Inspector - Mechanical at JASARA PMC, based in Saudi Arabia. This role involves conducting thorough inspections of mechanical systems and components to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and industry regulations.
Role Purpose
Conduct detailed inspections of mechanical systems and components to verify compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and industry regulations. Identify issues, recommend corrective actions, and contribute to the overall quality and success of infrastructure projects while supporting the delivery of high-quality and sustainable engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Inspections & Compliance
- Conduct thorough inspections of mechanical systems and components.
- Evaluate mechanical components and systems against project specifications and industry standards.
- Verify compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
Quality Assurance
- Identify issues and discrepancies in mechanical systems.
- Recommend corrective actions to address identified problems.
- Maintain strong attention to detail throughout all inspection activities.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
- Interact professionally with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in mechanical inspection or a similar role.
- Relevant certifications in mechanical inspection are a plus.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping.
- Proficient in conducting inspections and evaluations of mechanical components and systems.
- Knowledge of relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies and issues.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
