Role Overview
Infrastructure Project Manager at On, based in Saudi Arabia.
Role Purpose
Manage infrastructure projects from initiation through completion, coordinating all participating parties and ensuring adherence to schedules, quality standards, safety protocols, and cost controls.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
- Coordinate all participating parties, including project owners, contractors, supervision companies, and design institutes.
Planning & Scheduling
- Develop and maintain project plans with strict adherence to construction schedules.
Quality, Safety & Cost Management
- Control project quality, safety, and costs throughout execution.
Regulatory & Compliance
- Ensure familiarity with project approval procedures, construction laws, safety regulations, and industrial standards in Saudi Arabia.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in infrastructure project management.
- Valid local construction certificates issued in Saudi Arabia.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in CAD.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong planning skills.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and coordinate multiple parties.
