Role Purpose
As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team involved in the planning, design, and execution of infrastructure projects. You will collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure project goals are met with excellence and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Design
- Assist in the planning and design of infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and utilities.
- Utilize engineering software to create and analyze designs and models.
- Conduct feasibility studies and prepare technical reports and project documentation.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Support site inspections and monitor construction activities to maintain quality assurance.
- Assist in resolving technical issues that arise during project execution.
Stakeholder Engagement & Professional Development
- Participate in project meetings and present findings to stakeholders.
- Stay current with advancements in civil engineering and infrastructure technologies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil infrastructure engineering.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, practices, and relevant regulations.
- Knowledge of local regulations and standards is advantageous.
- Membership in a professional engineering institution is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
